How does the phone rotate? The pictures on the marketing information show the holder in the horizontal position but the purchased product is vertical and will not rotate.: the mount rotates 360 degrees simply by turning/rotating it to the desired position. No tricks or tips simply rotate the holder.
how does the Head rotate? Mine is vertical and I cannot get it to rotate horizontal as shown in the pictures.: Hello- once you have the phone holder properly mounted on the arm the you simply need to rotate the holder to the desired position.
How does the arm open to extend to13”? Is there a video available?: the “PHONE HOLDER” opens/extends to fit 13” devices not the arm.
