Q&A

Is there a charging unit for speaker model #TT-SP-SAT that doesn’t require the mini port cord? The charging port on the speaker has been pushed in and is no longer an option for charging the speaker. I love this product, and am hoping there is a solution. Thank you, Gary G.
Hey Gary. Sounds like there is a defect in the charging port. As there is no other way to charge the speaker, please contact our tech support/customer care and put in a claim for a replacement unit.
