Q&A

I just purchased one of these cables to use with my iPhone 12 in order to connect it to my new Toyota 4Runner for the purpose of using CarPlay. However, the vehicle refuses to acknowledge my phone is connect to it with this cord but does recognize a stock Apple cable. Is there some reason you know of why this cable might not support this CarPlay feature? It does not even charge the phone when plugged into a 12V ToughTested charger. Thank you.
