Shipping & Returns

Packages are shipped within the continental United States.


Shipping is provided through the UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery service. Orders received before 12:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders including expedited shipping not placed before the shipping cutoff will not ship until the next day. If your order is placed after the cutoff shipping time on Friday or on the weekend, the order will not be shipped until Monday or the next business day if a holiday. Expedited shipping is also available.

UPS (United Parcel Service) days in transit are an estimate given by UPS and cannot be guaranteed by Alliance and its affiliates.


At Alliance Brands we want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we'll accept returns from you within 30 days of delivery of product. On all returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs.

Follow these three steps:

  1. Create support ticket here and inform us which products you would like to return. The customer service department will email you a return confirmation.
  2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the email sent to the customer service department as well as a copy of the return confirmation email you receive.
  3. Send your purchase back to the address listed below by any method you wish. You will be responsible for the cost of this shipping.
