Some parts need better materials

"Purchased my 1st mammoth mount and it lasted 2 years at a professional driving job. Installing and removing it at least twice a day sometimes more. The teeth broke off on the adjustment arm. Got a new one, it didn't even last 6 months. The teeth on the cog under the suction cup basically disintegrated. The next 2 have had the same issue. PLEASE UPGRADE THE MATERIAL USED IN THAT PIECE. Better plastic or metal. Great product when it doesn't self destruct."

Great product, seems fairly indestructable.

"Great product, seems fairly indestructable. Huge suction cup, dont think itll come off no matter how rocky the trail may be. However I drive a 2006 TJ Wrangler and my windshield isnt very big so a huge suction cup blocks a good portion of the available real estate of glass. My only real issue (and the reason, sadly, I have to return it) is the phone mount arm blocks the camera and prevents my phone being used as a dash cam while on the trails. If you dont need your phone to be used in this manner (and you have plenty of windshield) then get this phone mount!"

Great Heavy Duty Phone Mount!

"Purchased this as I wanted my Car Cup holders back & free for my drinks. Hard to find a phone holder that fits my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G with a Aluminum Gorilla Hard Case and with minimum vibration of it bouncing around. I have purchased a few others by other companies but This is the closest holder so far that with a slight stretch will fit my big phone but still a very tight fit with my case. Almost afraid of breaking the arms installing my Note 20 Ultra into it. If it was or extended a 1/4 inch wider at the corners it would be perfect! Still works good and sturdy for my Road Trips using Google Maps! Best one yet!"
